Terms and Conditions

By booking a treatment with me you are agreeing to abide by these terms and conditions

 

Cancellation Policy

​

Non-Emergency Cancellations

For routine, non-medical, non-emergency cancellations please give me at least 48 hours notice so I can offer your treatment slot to another client.

*IF LESS THAN 48HRS NOTICE IS GIVEN (FOR NON EMERGENCY REASON) YOU WILL BE CHARGED FOR THE FULL TREATMENT*

* PLEASE NOTE: THAT ALL NO SHOWS WILL BE CHARGED THE FULL AMOUNT FOR THE TREATMENT - it is your responsibility to have my contact details.

Gift vouchers will be considered ‘spent’ and no refunds will be given on treatments already paid for if I do not receive at least 48 hours notice of a non-emergency cancellation.

 

Please rearrange your treatment if you or anyone in your household have

​

  • A cold or sore throat

  • Fever

  • A new persistent cough

  • Other flu-like symptoms

  • New loss of taste or smell 

  • Diarrhoea or vomiting that’s not related to an existing condition

  • Have had a coronavirus vaccination or booster in the last 3 days

  • Been told to self-isolate or have been in close contact with someone with covid symptoms 

 

No charge for emergency, medical or family based cancellations PLEASE cancel or change your appointment within 48 hours of the treatment start time if it is a genuine emergency or if you or a member of your household have been told to self-isolate.

But you MUST let me know as soon as you possibly can on +44 (0) 7624 481365

 

Emergencies include

  • Personal or family illness 

  • You or someone you’ve been in close contact to getting covid

  • Parent/child-related problems

  • Going into labour or giving birth

  • Extreme adverse weather conditions like snow etc

If you’re unsure whether you should rearrange your appointment please give me a call and I will be able to advise.

 

How to cancel, postpone or rearrange your appointment

If you need to cancel or postpone your appointment due to illness, self-isolation or emergency please let me know as soon as possible.

Please call or text +44 (0)7624 481365 or if it is more than 48 hours in advance you can change, postpone or cancel your appointment via my booking system by clicking on the link in your confirmation email.

Payments

Payments for sessions are made at time of booking via bank transfer/ paypal or sumup payment link.

Gift Voucher Policy

Gift vouchers are not normally transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

After the 14 day cooling off period they are non-refundable. Gift vouchers have an expiry date, please use them within the time period. This is the gift voucher holders responsibility as Helen will not contact you.  

Please allow me 24 hours notice if you wish to postpone or cancel your appointment unless it is an emergency.

For non-emergency cancellations with less than 24 hours notice, please consider the gift voucher as ‘spent’
