This type of session is suitable for most issues. Sessions are up to one hour in length. There is a free consultation. Then we start your sessions. Hypnotherapy is not designed to be long-term, and most people are surprised at just how few sessions are needed. Each session is bespoke to you and various techniques will be used depending on you and your issue.

BREAKTHROUGH
SESSION
This is a two-three-hour session for people who want an intensive programme to combat procrastination, feeling stuck in life or business, low self-confidence or self-esteem issues. Perhaps your anxiety and stress is at an all time high and it is time to do something about it. The session will be tailored to suit your specific requirements and will include both hypnosis, coaching and empowerment techniques.
Note that confidence and self-esteem issues can also be dealt with in a series of one-hour sessions.
